11. Mark -15, Marcy -7, Maggy -6

Eleven year old Billy lives in the Big Hill House that overlooks the town. His parents manage the Rodeo Grounds and own the horses and livestock that make the events possible. Billy doesn't like the smell of cows and horses and spends most of his time watching his big screen television, going on-line with his computer, and playing electronic games. Billy is an only child and likes having all the things that other kids don't have. He is a bragger and doesn't understand the concept of work and responsibility. At school he is called "Billy the Bully" because he picks on the smaller children. He gives away candy and things he is tired of, so other kids will be his friend.
